Looking for meeting space?  Now available in Splendora for your business meeting, club meeting, community information meetings or training sessions.  Choose one of four Conference Rooms.  We also have WiFi, Projectors & Screens available.

Community Development Center Information

This Community Center features Four (4) Conference Meeting Rooms available to Rent for your Business or Organization meeting. We have a variety of options to setup the room that works best for your event.

Training / Classroom style, Auditorium Style, U-Shape Style, Conference Style and more.

Wi-Fi is included. Projectors and Screens are available for an additional charge.

The Community Center Youth Gymnasium is now accepting reservations from our local youth Basketball and Volleyball leagues. Contact the Facility Coordinator to get your Sports group on the gym schedule.

CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ask the Facility Coordinator if  your event will require proof of Liability Insurance.

User is required to purchase an insurance policy in an amount not less than $1,000,000, designating MONTGOMERY COUNTY as an ADDITIONAL INSURED. Said coverage shall insure against personal injury and property damage during the term of this Agreement, that may be suffered by any person or entity as a result of the use of said premises by User.

Party Room Rental

  • Annex Room – 30′ x 30′ Room with kitchen and restrooms.  Four 8′ rectangular tables, four 5-6′ round tables, and chairs. Accommodates gatherings of up to 40 people.

Conference Room Rental

  • Hayden Room – Classroom Style Setup with eight 6’ Seminar Tables. In floor power outlets at each table. Wi-Fi Included. Note: Hayden & Dunn Rooms have adjoining door between them and can be combined.
  • Dunn Room – 18’ x 26’ Room can be setup in a variety of styles to accommodate 25 people. Capacity depends on setup style. Wi-Fi included. Note: Hayden & Dunn Rooms have adjoining door between them and can be combined.
  • Rinehart Room – 21’ x 26 ‘ Room can be setup in a variety of styles to accommodate up to approximately 40 people. Capacity depends on setup style. Wi-Fi Included.
  • Metts Room – 20’ x 30 ‘ Room can be setup in a variety of styles to accommodate up to approximately 45 people. Capacity depends on setup style. Wi-Fi Included.
