Bull Sallas Park

OPENING FOR THE 2026 SEASON ON APRIL 6, 2026! 

In the past, Precinct 4 had not been sustainably using water at our splash pad at Bull Sallas Park. In 2022, approximately 5 million gallons of water from the splash pad flowed directly into the ditches of the neighboring subdivision. This means an estimated $80,000 – $90,000 of your tax dollars was spent on water. In 2025, Precinct 4 completed the reconstruction of the splash pad. In partnership with the Montgomery County Improvement District, a water recirculation pump was installed, saving water and taxpayer dollars! 

The splash pad is open daily from 8:00AM – 8:00PM, and is a first come, first served facility that is not available to rent.
